The best we've ever had! Perfect for holiday entertaining and gift giving.
1 1/2 cups of popcorn kernals popped or three poppers of air popped Popcorn
Combine and boil for 5 minutes:
1 lb butter melted
2 cups sugar
½ cup white Caro syrup
½ tsp. salt
Take off heat and add ½ tsp of baking soda
Pour over pop corn and stir (quickly)
Bake for 60 minutes at 250 degrees on 2 cookie sheets, stir every 20 minutes.
