The Healer's Journey with Alberto Villoldo, Ph.D., and Inka Elders

This is an authentic opportunity to experience Peru by walking in the footsteps of native healers. Led by Alberto Villoldo, Ph.D., the Via Illuminata is an immersion in the spiritual traditions of the Inka and Amazon Jungle Shamans.

Our trip begins in the Sacred Valley near Cusco, where we are met by Inka Shamans who live at 17,000 feet in the high Andes. Each June, they walk for three days to the nearest village to meet Four Winds journeyers and lead us in ceremony at sacred sites including the ruins of Pisaq, Ollantaytambo, Sacsaywaman, and Machu Picchu.

Kids of the Future

With Four Winds Staff

This new program is for children ages 10 -16. The youth will travel through the Medicine Wheel teachings of the South, the West, the North, and the East, will build a sacred altar, and will receive all rites of passage of the shamans. Youth must be accompanied by a participating Via Illuminata adult. Led by Four Winds Staff.
