An expedition to explore the ceremonies of the jungle shamans, who will share their techniques for stepping outside of ordinary time to glimpse who we are becoming. We fly over the eastern mountain range of the Andes to Puerto Maldonado, the last frontier town in the Amazon. At the heart of the Amazon we take motorized canoes down the Madre de Dios (the Mother of God River) through an astounding palette of colors and abundant wildlife. Our exquisite jungle lodge serves superb meals. In the mornings, we go on nature walks with local botanists. In the afternoon and evenings, we meet with our jungle shaman who guides us with his songs into the world of spirit.
